Dietitians at Home

We provide Registered Dietitians for set up, training and delivery of diabetic supplies in the home

Patients can receive up to three separate one-hour sessions with a Registered Dietitian per year
- Medical Nutritional Therapy
- Alternate site glucometers, test strips and lancets
- Diabetic shoes
- G-tube assessments and tube feeding supplies
- Education on proper diet and nutrition
- Create customized meal plans
