Regency’s Home Health Care Infusion Therapy (HIT) program provides specialized medications administered intravenously or by other delivery systems as ordered by your physician. Regency Home Health Care has a large and experienced nursing team skilled in providing various drug therapies to patients at home for curative and palliative needs. Our team will provide education about the therapy prescribed by the physicians. In addition 24-hour support services for questions, concerns, and critical needs is always available to you. <?xml:namespace prefix = o />

Regency Home Health Care nurses work with the patient's physician to establish an appropriate plan of care, train patients and caregivers in all aspects of infusion care and provide direct intermittent care until patients, caregivers and all healthcare providers are confident with the treatment plan. Patient progress is monitored and regular reports are provided to the patient's physician
